About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Client Relations Manager to join our Key Accounts team at Nucleus Financial. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of key firms, providing exceptional service, and building strong relationships with our clients and partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of key firms, providing proactive and reactive support to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective communication and issue resolution.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that client needs are met and exceeded.
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities to grow our business and expand our client base.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory requirements, and best practices to ensure compliance and excellence.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in client relations, account management, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and business acumen skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Knowledge of financial services, regulations, and industry trends.
