Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Restaurant Operations
    • Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant
    • Ensure that all aspects of the restaurant are running efficiently and effectively
    • Monitor and maintain high standards of customer service and quality of food and drink
  • Team Leadership
    • Lead and motivate a team of staff to achieve exceptional customer service and sales targets
    • Provide coaching and development opportunities to staff to enhance their skills and knowledge
    • Conduct regular team meetings and provide feedback to staff
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service to all guests, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded
    • Respond to customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner
    • Monitor and maintain high standards of customer satisfaction
  • Other Responsibilities
    • Assist with staff recruitment, training, and development
    • Contribute to the development of new menu ideas and promotions
    • Participate in staff appraisals and performance reviews
Requirements
  • Experience
    • At least 2 years' experience in a similar role in a fast-paced restaurant environment
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to lead and motivate a team
    • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Education
    • High school diploma or equivalent required
