Job Title: Part time Accounts/HR Administrator

Location: Leigh

Salary: Up to £15.78 per hour (DOE)

Contract Type: Permanent

Pertemps Warrington is seeking a Part time Accounts/HR Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for variety in their role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer enquiries via email and telephone
  • Monthly reconciliation of accounts and credit card payments
  • Manage sales ledger accounts and process monthly statements, reviewing and resolving any discrepancies
  • Manage accounts by processing adjustments, expense invoices, refunds, and credit notes
  • Credit management - keeping records up to date and instructing debt collection agencies where necessary
  • Process payroll for a small number of staff
  • Support in recruitment needs from defining job requirements and selection process
  • Support staff with appraisals and disciplinaries while maintaining HR records
