Position Overview

We are excited to announce an opportunity for a skilled Medical Technical Officer to become a vital part of our dedicated team of Scientists within the Histology Department.

Role Responsibilities

This position involves a variety of tasks crucial to the smooth operation of specimen handling, preparation, and analysis. The successful candidate will:

  • Ensure efficient management of specimen reception and processing areas.
  • Maintain appropriate stock levels of laboratory supplies.
  • Assist in training new staff members in specimen handling and preparation techniques.
  • Participate in the embedding and microtomy processes for routine histology samples.

Candidate Requirements

Individuals with a foundational understanding of histological techniques may be considered for entry-level positions, with opportunities for advancement upon completion of training.
