As an Assistant Revenue Manager, your role will include:
- Overseeing groups for the hotels, ensuring group rates are maintained and all inquiries are followed up to ensure conversion
- Maintaining complete knowledge of and complying with all departmental policies, services, procedures, and standards
- Maintaining complete knowledge of hotel facilities, services, guest room layouts, bed types, decor, room availability day by day, room rates, packages, promotions, upselling, agents' hotels work with, and billing conditions
- Maintaining knowledge of how to work Opera PMS, Channel Manager, Booking button, and all third-party/FIT extranets
- Maintaining a good relationship with all agents
- Data analysis, including booking trends and competitor rates
- Preparation of issue of financial reports
