Position Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and innovative Sales and Marketing Coordinator to become an integral part of our proactive team. This role is based in a vibrant environment and involves supporting the UK Marketing and Business Development teams in executing our strategic initiatives.

This is an exciting opportunity to engage with the expanding Geo-data sector, where you will play a key role in achieving Fugro's objectives and contributing to the success of our marketing and business development efforts. You will gain valuable experience within a global organization while enhancing your skills in a rapidly evolving market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning and execution of marketing initiatives, including event coordination and promotional activities.
  • Develop and produce various marketing materials such as case studies, award submissions, flyers, social media content, email campaigns, and presentations.
  • Support the business development team by identifying new opportunities and understanding our commercial deliverables, contracts, and projects.
  • Foster effective communication across different business lines to enhance collaboration and build essential internal relationships.

Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and eager to pursue personal and professional development. A genuine interest in marketing and commercial strategies, along with a creative mindset, is essential for this role.

Proficiency in various software applications and systems is necessary, and while training will be provided, a solid foundation in IT and Microsoft systems is required. The role demands excellent organizational skills, time management, and a positive attitude to thrive in a dynamic environment.

Attention to detail is crucial for maintaining high content quality, and strong written and verbal communication skills are imperative.

A relevant degree in Business, Marketing, Geography, or similar fields, or equivalent experience in related areas, is preferred.
