Job Overview

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide specialist clinical pharmacy services to CREST, ensuring safe and effective use of medications.
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to develop understanding of patient needs and provide clinically appropriate interventions.
  • Ensure best practice in medicines optimisation and deliver on clinical advice and audit.
  • Provide clinical pharmacy advice on mental health pharmaceutical issues to maximise benefit and minimise risk.
  • Deliver education and training on mental health pharmaceutical issues to healthcare professionals.

Person Specification
  • Good Pharmacy Honours degree (BPharm or MPharm)

  • Flexible approach to work patterns in line with needs of the service
