About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Mental Health Practitioner to join our team in Bracknell. As a key member of our CAMH service, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality mental health support to children and young people.

Main Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments and formulate treatment plans for children and young people with mental health needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized care packages and programs to support children and young people in achieving their goals.
  • Provide specialist mental health advice and consultation to schools, local voluntary sector services, and authority partners.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and delivery.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of innovative solutions to improve mental health outcomes for children and young people.
