The HR team at Kennedys is seeking a talented individual to fill the role of Learning & Development Specialist. This exciting opportunity allows you to contribute to a global organization currently undergoing positive change, focusing on talent development and career advancement within the firm.

As a Learning & Development Specialist, your responsibilities will encompass a range of tasks, including:

  • Supporting Talent Development Initiatives: Assist in various talent projects such as performance management, learning and development programs, and career advancement strategies.
  • Operational Support: Provide essential operational support to the HR team, ensuring smooth execution of learning and development activities.
  • Learning Experience Platform Management: Maintain and update the Learning Experience platform, ensuring its functionality and accessibility for all users.
  • Communication & Marketing: Lead communication and marketing efforts for learning initiatives, promoting engagement and participation across the firm.
  • Supporting Learning Champions Network: Collaborate with and support the Learning Champions network, fostering a culture of continuous learning within Kennedys.
