About the Role

Kennedys Law is seeking a highly skilled Learning and Development Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our Learning and Development team, you will play a pivotal role in promoting learning and development opportunities across the firm.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Delivery of Learning Initiatives
    • Assist in the implementation of global mentoring schemes, competency frameworks, and performance management systems.
    • Develop and deliver training programs to support the rollout of new initiatives.
  • Collaborate with L&D Business Partners
    • Work closely with business partners to design and deliver bespoke client learning solutions.
    • Support the development of team building sessions, workshops, and leadership development programs.
  • Maintain and Promote Learning Content
    • Update and maintain content on our Learning Experience platform.
    • Ensure content remains dynamic and relevant to emerging business needs.
  • Lead on Learning Promotion
    • Promote learning opportunities across the firm.
    • Support the planning and delivery of learning initiatives, such as our annual learning festival.
  • Training Facilitation
    • Deliver training programs, including induction and early careers programs.
Requirements
  • Experience in supporting the delivery of global talent projects.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, commercial environment within a global organization.
  • Demonstrable organizational and planning skills.
  • Experience working with modern learning platforms and technologies.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work at speed and balance multiple activities.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
