About the Role

Kingswood Group is seeking a highly skilled Learning and Development Advisor to join our global HR team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of talent development and learning projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with L&D Business Partners and stakeholders to deliver talent development and learning projects.
  • Provide operational support to projects, including creating and updating project and communications plans, providing logistics and planning support, and completing tasks to support the delivery of key projects.
  • Maintain, update, and promote the Learning Experience platform to enhance user engagement and experience.
  • Lead on the communication and marketing plan for learning, maintaining and updating communication channels to ensure effective stakeholder engagement.
  • Promote learning initiatives, programs, career pathways, and stories to increase awareness of career development opportunities and drive business growth.
  • Serve as the central point of contact for the Learning Champions network, keeping them engaged, informed, and empowered to support the learning team.

Essential Required Experience

  • Experience supporting the delivery of global talent projects with a focus on organizational learning and development.
  • Experience operating in a fast-paced, commercial environment within a global organization, with a strong understanding of modern learning platforms and technologies.
  • Demonstrable organizational and planning skills, with a strong attention to detail and ability to work under high pressure.
  • Strong written and IT skills, with a flair for writing engaging and promotional communications.
