People Operations Specialist

We are seeking a strategic and dynamic People Partner to join our team at D&D London. As a key member of our People Operations team, you will play a critical role in supporting our cluster of restaurants and driving business success.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with the Talent team to develop and implement recruitment strategies, including talent management and succession planning.
- Champion our company culture, promoting our values and ensuring fair and consistent people management practices throughout our restaurants.
- Support and lead performance management of senior team members, providing guidance and coaching to ensure individual and team success.
- Work closely with the Learning and Development team to design and deliver training programs, ensuring our employees have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
- Lead people-based projects, providing expert advice and guidance to senior management and other stakeholders.
- Monitor and analyze data on labor costs, employment relations, and sickness absence, identifying trends and opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
