Key Responsibilities:
- To drive sales growth and achieve annual targets by providing regular, systematic coverage of key customers within NHS Trusts, Health boards, and ICB areas, across both acute and community healthcare organizations, including the pharmacy market and private healthcare customers.
- To maintain transparent and up-to-date account and customer records, ensuring forward planning is clearly mapped out in relevant planning tools and the CRM database.
- To submit timely and accurate monthly reports in accordance with Company policy.
- To identify opportunities for HARTMANN's sales and marketing teams to collaborate with customers on therapy area management initiatives.
- To maintain a forward schedule of appointments with key customers aligned to the account business plan and objectives.
- To gather intelligence on customer plans, formularies, guidelines, and potential implications for sales plans, and provide guidance accordingly.
- To take personal accountability for developing professional sales competence.
- To actively participate in sales meetings, training courses, and appraisal meetings.
- To ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
- To support the Division as a project lead and contributor where required.
- To ensure data privacy aligns with GDPR regulations, including the appropriate collection, storage, and transmission of customer data.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in science or business (preferred).
- Significant sales/commercial experience.
- Demonstrable and significant recent sales track record.
- Excellent communication and networking skills.
- High level of commercial awareness.
- Excellent implementation skills.
- Able to work away from home if required (
