Job Title: Strategic Channel Account Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Channel Account Manager to join our team at Angela Winters T/A AW Talent Consultants. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients and partners, driving business growth and revenue through strategic account management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our client base
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and lead generation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a sales or account management role, preferably in a similar industry
  • Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and expanding client relationships
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and identify areas for improvement
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
