Job Title: Senior Training Coordinator

As a Senior Training Coordinator, you will play a key role in the provision of administrative support and query resolution for all internal and external customer training requests. Your responsibilities will include arranging suitable training and/or assessments, utilizing strong communication skills and a customer service-oriented approach while maintaining attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support for training requests and queries
  • Arrange suitable training and/or assessments for internal and external customers
  • Utilize strong communication skills and a customer service-oriented approach
  • Maintain attention to detail and ensure compliance with agreed client standards and internal quality standards
Requirements:
  • Organized and efficient with strong administrative skills
  • IT literate and fully conversant with Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel
  • Previous experience of working within a busy coordination environment
  • Previous experience of dealing with data, collating figures, and producing statistics for management reporting
  • Attention to detail and a confident communicator, both written and verbal
