We are seeking a skilled Senior Bid Coordinator to join our dynamic headquarters in Oxford, where you will play a pivotal role in our busiest work-winning team.

To excel in this position, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing all stages of the bid cycle with precision and attention to detail.
  • Collaborating with the team to craft compelling bid responses that showcase Ridge's expertise and capabilities.
  • Researching and gathering inputs from multiple stakeholders to ensure bid compliance and commercial soundness.
  • Coordinating bid timetables to ensure timely responses and meet deadlines.
  • Reviewing bid documents and leveraging previous relevant bids and best-practice answers.
  • Proofreading and editing colleagues' bid response documents to ensure quality and innovation.
  • Working with the bid team to maintain consistent bid quality and standards.
  • Continuously improving and enhancing bid responses in conjunction with the Bids and Marketing teams.
  • Preparing client presentations and capability statements.

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Significant experience in delivering high-quality bid submissions in a fast-paced B2B professional services environment.
  • Demonstrable experience in producing and coordinating bid responses and draft documents.
  • Experience preparing submissions across the public and private sectors.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Phenomenal attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management, strong organisational skills, and ability to prioritise.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office – InDesign knowledge an advantage.
  • Experience working with bid portals.

APMP Certification is an advantage.
