We're seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Marketing Executive to join our Marketing and Commercial Teams. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented professional to take on a key role in shaping our marketing strategy and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, driving lead generation, prospect engagement, and brand awareness.
  • Contribute to the creation and delivery of email marketing campaigns, leveraging our CRM software to manage client relationships and database management.
  • Manage social media channels, including paid campaigns, to enhance our online presence and engage with our audience.
  • Develop and analyze PPC and digital advertising campaigns to optimize our online marketing efforts.
  • Create and deliver high-quality content, including written and design projects, to support our marketing initiatives.
  • Drive the content and communications plan, ensuring our brand message is strong and consistent across all channels.
  • Work closely with the Sales Team to support sales initiatives and opportunities, leveraging our expertise to drive business growth.
  • Participate in the creation of quarterly and annual marketing plans, ensuring alignment with our business objectives.
  • Monitor and report on marketing performance across digital channels, providing insights to inform our marketing strategy.

Requirements

  • At least three years of experience in a B2B marketing role, preferably within the technology industry.
  • Proven track record of running successful marketing campaigns, with demonstrable success in email marketing and social media management.
  • Working knowledge of basic HTML and proficiency with Microsoft 365, including Word and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with CRM software and database management, as well as solid knowledge of web analytics and paid advertising.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and designing for digital versus print.
  • Able to produce compelling marketing copy for various formats and comfortable expressing creative solutions to drive business growth.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with clients, the Project Team, and the Sales Team.
  • Assertive and empathetic colleague, with the ability to understand what drives colleagues and work collaboratively to deliver successful projects and campaigns.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a close-knit team.
  • Must be able to work in our Bognor Regis head office at least three days per week.
