We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Marketing Executive to join our team at Innovate Tax. As a key member of our Marketing and Commercial Teams, you will play a vital role in driving our marketing strategy and delivering successful campaigns that generate new leads, engage with our contact database, and boost our brand and product awareness.
Key Responsibilities- Contribute to the development and implementation of our marketing plan, working closely with the Marketing Manager and other team members to achieve our monthly targets around lead generation, prospect engagement, and website traffic.
- Support the professional development of our Digital Marketing Apprentice, working collaboratively with the Marketing Manager to ensure their growth and success.
- Plan, build, and deliver email marketing campaigns for clients, prospects, and partners, utilizing your expertise in email marketing and content creation.
- Develop and execute PPC and other digital advertising campaigns, leveraging your knowledge of web analytics and Google Ads.
- Create and deliver engaging content, including written and design projects, to drive our brand message and promote our products and services.
- Manage and update our company website, ensuring it remains a valuable resource for our clients and prospects, and periodically reviewing content and SEO performance.
- Ensure our brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts, maintaining our unique value proposition and differentiators.
- Participate in the creation of quarterly and annual marketing plans, working collaboratively with the Marketing Manager and other team members to ensure alignment and success.
- Monitor and report on marketing performance across digital channels, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- At least three years of experience in a B2B marketing role, preferably within the technology industry.
- Proven experience in running successful marketing campaigns, with a track record of delivering results.
- Working knowledge of basic HTML and the ability to pick up more advanced skills.
- Experience in managing social channels and content delivery, with a strong understanding of web analytics and Google Ads.
- Proficiency with CRM software and database management, as well as Microsoft 365 and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Able to produce compelling marketing copy for a variety of formats, with a strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices.
- Comfortable expressing ideas and creative solutions that help us stand out from our competitors, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Able to work collaboratively with clients, the Project Team, and the Sales Team, with a strong understanding of our company values and mission.
- Must be able to work in our Bognor Regis head office at least three days per week.
