Job SummaryWe're seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Executive to join our Marketing and Commercial Teams. As a dynamic and personable professional, you'll have the freedom to express your creative side by planning, executing, and evaluating a wide range of digital marketing campaigns across various channels.
Key Responsibilities- Contribute to the development and implementation of marketing plans to achieve monthly targets around lead generation, prospect engagement, and website traffic.
- Support the professional development of the Digital Marketing Apprentice, working closely with the Marketing Manager.
- Plan, build, and deliver email marketing campaigns for clients, prospects, and partners.
- Manage social media channels, including running paid campaigns.
- Create, deliver, and analyze PPC and other digital advertising campaigns.
- Develop and promote content, including written and design projects.
- Drive the content and communications plan in accordance with team strategy.
- Update and manage the company website, including periodic reviews of content and SEO performance.
- Produce graphics, stand designs, and printed materials to support global events.
- Ensure brand consistency across all channels and marketing efforts.
- Collaborate with the Sales Team to support sales initiatives and opportunities.
- Participate in the creation of quarterly and annual marketing plans.
- Monitor and report on marketing performance across digital channels.
- At least three years of experience in a B2B marketing role, preferably in the technology industry.
- Experience in running successful marketing campaigns.
- Demonstrable success with email campaigns.
- Working knowledge of basic HTML or the ability to learn.
- Experience in managing social channels and content delivery.
- Solid knowledge of web analytics, including paid advertising and Google Ads.
- Experience with CRM software and database management.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365, including Word and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and designing for digital and print.
- Able to produce compelling marketing copy for various formats.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, collaborating with clients, the Project Team, and the Sales Team.
- Assertive and empathetic colleague, with the ability to understand what drives colleagues and work collaboratively to deliver successful projects and campaigns.
- A team player who is comfortable working in a close-knit team and building strong professional relationships internally and with partners.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
