Job Summary

Baltic Apprenticeships Careers is seeking a highly motivated and tech-savvy individual to join our team as an IT Support Apprentice. As an IT Support Apprentice, you will have the opportunity to learn and grow in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support and assistance to employees and customers via phone, email, and in-person
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer systems, software, and peripherals
  • Monitor and maintain computer systems, networks, and infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and security
  • Collaborate with IT team members to resolve complex technical issues and implement new technologies
  • Document and maintain accurate records of technical issues and resolutions

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or have completed a Level 3 IT Support Technician apprenticeship
  • Strong understanding of computer systems, networks, and software
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
