We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Team Lead to join our team at Ultimate Banking. As a Senior Customer Service Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of customer service representatives and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of customer service representatives to ensure excellent customer service delivery
  • Develop and implement customer service strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Provide coaching and training to customer service representatives to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer service delivery
  • Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement
