About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Property Manager to join our team at Mobile Broadband Network Ltd (MBNL). As a key member of our Property and Legal Department, you will play a crucial role in the estate management and implementation of property and planning strategies across our network.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the day-to-day estate management in allocated sites, providing direction and guidance to internal departments and external professional advisors.
  • Act as a first point of reference for property-related matters, including new code agreement renewals and cabling wayleaves.
  • Provide support to shareholders, suppliers, and contractors in the implementation of ECC reform, particularly in the context of renewals.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders in acquisition, legal deployment, and transmission functions.
  • Offer pragmatic, prudent, and consistent advice to third parties to ensure cost-effective site acquisition.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in an operator, managed service supplier, or small works contractor environment, or as a chartered surveyor in a commercial property, professional services, or valuation capacity.
  • Knowledge of the Digital Economy Act and property-related qualifications.
  • Ability to work creatively to offer flexible working arrangements, including non-standard hours, part-time, and remote working.
