Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Property Manager to join our team at Worth Recruiting. As a Senior Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing a sizeable portfolio of properties, including commercial and residential leases. You will work closely with clients, leaseholders, and contractors to ensure the smooth operation of the properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of properties, including commercial and residential leases
  • Administer Section 20 Notices and management accounts
  • Develop and implement budgets and financial plans
  • Coordinate repairs and maintenance of properties
  • Provide excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, leaseholders, and contractors
  • Stay up-to-date with relevant legislation and training
Requirements
  • Significant experience in property management, preferably in a senior role
  • ARLA, IRPM, or RICS qualification desirable
  • High level of customer service skills
  • Ability to remain calm and considered under pressure
  • Superb organizational skills and ability to prioritize workload
  • Positive, professional, and customer-focused attitude
  • Willingness to keep up-to-date with training and relevant legislation
  • Full UK driving license and car ownership
