Senior Block Manager Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Block Manager to join our team at Worth Recruiting. As a Senior Block Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of properties along the M4 corridor, including the Swindon, Slough, Bracknell & Reading area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Block Management: You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our properties, including the administration of Section 20 Notices and management accounts.
  • Customer Service: You will provide excellent customer service to our clients, leaseholders, and contractors, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Communication: You will be responsible for communicating with clients, leaseholders, and contractors, ensuring that all parties are informed and up-to-date on any matters related to the properties.
  • Administration: You will be responsible for the administration of our properties, including the preparation of reports, accounts, and other documents as required.
Requirements:
  • Experience: You will have significant experience in block property management, with a proven track record of delivering excellent results.
  • Qualifications: ARLA, IRPM, or RICS qualification is preferable, but not essential.
  • Skills: You will have excellent customer service skills, with the ability to remain calm and considered under pressure. You will also have superb organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise workload and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
