Senior Surveyor Opportunity

Varnom Ross is seeking a highly skilled Senior Surveyor to join their Property Asset Management team, focusing on commercial assets across the Thames Valley Region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day management of commercial assets, ensuring smooth operation and maximising value for clients.
  • Liaise with clients, tenants, and contractors to ensure effective asset performance.
  • Conduct regular property inspections and report on asset performance.
  • Manage service charge budgets and value-add consultancy.

Package:

  • Salary up to £55,000 + car allowance.
  • Discretionary bonus.
  • 25 days annual leave (rising by 1 day per year to a maximum of 30), plus 1-2 Christmas shutdown days.
