Job Title: Senior Asset Manager for Estates
AWE plc is currently seeking a highly skilled Senior Asset Manager to lead the production, management oversight and delivery of the Estate Optimisation and Asset Management improvement programme.

This role requires someone with ONC/C&G level 3 in a relevant discipline and membership of a professional body, who has proven track record in leading and managing operations, projects or facilities. The successful candidate will have the ability to work calmly and constructively in a priority changing environment and be able to manage their own workload.

The Senior Asset Manager will play a vital role in overseeing accommodation improvements and building refurbishments, implementing asset management strategy for both estate and asset level. They will also be responsible for translating strategy into plans, identifying problems, evaluating options and executing solutions. Excellent communication skills are essential for this role as they will need to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

About the Role:
We are offering a competitive salary range of £47,180 - £60k per annum, depending on your suitability, qualifications, and level of experience.
