**Role Overview**
The Property and Legal Department at Mobile Broadband Network Ltd (MBNL) is responsible for the estate management and implementation of property and planning strategies across the shared and unilateral network of EE & H3G. The department ensures partners & suppliers adhere to agreed guidelines when undertaking work or upgrades on the network property estate.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage the day-to-day estate management in allocated Sites, providing estate management direction and being the nominated subject matter specialist.
- Act as a first stop reference for property related matters, including New Code Agreement renewals and Cabling wayleaves.
- Provide support to Shareholders, Suppliers, and Contractors in the implementation of ECC reform, especially in the context of renewals, and act as an escalation as necessary.
- Support internal and external stakeholders in Acquisition, Legal Deployment, and Transmission functions.
- Provide pragmatic, prudent, and consistent advice to third parties to ensure the cost-effective implementation of site acquisition.
**Requirements**
- Property knowledge and experience in an Operator, Managed Service Supplier, or Small Works Contractor environment or for a Chartered Surveyors in a commercial property, professional services, or valuation capacity.
- Property related Qualifications, e.g., Knowledge of Code (Digital Economy Act).
