Position Overview:
Tradewind Recruitment is in search of a Facilities Manager for a prominent educational institution. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of the school premises.

Role Responsibilities:
The Facilities Manager will be responsible for overseeing the upkeep and security of the school grounds. Key duties include:

  • Ensuring the safety and security of the site.
  • Adhering to operational protocols established by the institution.
  • Conducting minor repairs and maintenance tasks as needed.

Requirements:
Applicants must provide proof of eligibility to work, which may include a passport or birth certificate. A comprehensive CV detailing the last 10 years of education or employment history is required. Additionally, candidates must possess a fully enhanced DBS certificate or be prepared to obtain one through our services (costs will be reimbursed).
