Job Summary:

Facilitate Search Ltd is seeking an experienced Electrical Site Supervisor to join our team. As an Electrical Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing and maintaining a high level of building maintenance support to our clients' sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise a team of maintenance operatives and work closely with management support staff to ensure that the service provided meets the contractual requirements and complies with all current regulations.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to maintenance operatives to ensure that they are equipped to perform their duties effectively.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor the quality of work and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure that all equipment and systems are properly maintained.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that maintenance activities are aligned with business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a facilities role and previous lead or supervisory experience.
  • 18th Edition, NVQ L3 or electrical apprentice.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
