Position Overview

The Customer Success Manager serves as a key advocate for our clients, managing a designated portfolio to ensure they achieve their desired business outcomes while maximizing their use of ServiceNow products. This role involves providing strategic guidance and sharing best practices to enhance customer engagement and product adoption.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer engagement to ensure successful outcomes, addressing individual client needs and challenges.
  • Monitor customer health and ensure they are utilizing the latest product versions.
  • Leverage Artificial Intelligence tools within the Impact Digital Experience to identify customer support opportunities.
  • Promote and share success stories and effective processes from ServiceNow.
  • Assist customers in deriving maximum value from their ServiceNow investments and utilizing their licenses effectively.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance product adoption and expand service usage.
  • Quickly resolve escalated client issues by utilizing resources across the organization.
Qualifications

Successful candidates will possess:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or related business support roles.
  • The ability to deliver comprehensive services independently.
  • Strong analytical skills for issue resolution.
  • Experience in collaborative work environments.
  • ServiceNow certifications or accreditations are advantageous.
  • A willingness to work in the office on a flexible schedule.
