Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Mental Health Practitioner to join our CAMHS Crisis Team. As a key member of our team, you will provide comprehensive assessments, clinical formulation, and brief intervention for young people in crisis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Undertake comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans for young people in crisis
  • Provide clinical formulation and brief intervention to support young people and their families
  • Work collaboratively with multi-agency teams to develop and implement specialist packages of care
  • Assess, interpret, and implement treatment plans for children and young people's conditions
  • Develop and evaluate treatment plans to improve treatment outcomes for young people and their families

Requirements:

  • Experience working with children and young people in a mental health setting
  • Strong assessment and treatment planning skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with multi-agency teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
