About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Band 5 Mental Health Practitioner to join our CAMHS Crisis Home Treatment Team. As a key member of our team, you will provide home treatment interventions for children, young people, and their families, working flexibly across the city and county to visit young people in the community.

Under the guidance of senior mental health practitioners, you will manage a community caseload, understanding the complex needs of young people and providing a professional, non-stigmatising service. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate and effective written records, adhering to Trust Policies, and participating in management and clinical supervision.

This is an exciting opportunity to progress your career working with children and young people who have mental health difficulties. Main Responsibilities
  • Provide home treatment interventions for children, young people, and their families.
