Asset Management Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Asset Manager to join our team at Hireful. The successful candidate will have a strong background in asset management, project finance, and compliance.
About the Role:This is a brand new role that will support our asset management team in ensuring contractual compliance and quality assurance across our PFI infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of project finance and investment within the construction and infrastructure industry.
Key Responsibilities:- Monitor the performance of sub-contractors, third-party suppliers, service providers, and partners in relation to our projects.
- Ensure contractual compliance and quality assurance across our PFI infrastructure projects.
- Support the asset management team in negotiating with suppliers and managing contracts.
- Collaborate with the project team to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
- Degree-level qualification in a construction or facilities management subject, or equivalent.
- Extensive project management experience, ideally with a supporting qualification such as PRINCE2.
- Excellent understanding of compliance, auditing, quality management, and Health & Safety regulations.
- Competitive salary: £35-40,000 depending on skills and experience.

- Full-time, permanent contract.
