We are seeking a highly skilled IT Asset Management Specialist to join our team at Accolite. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving accuracy and completeness of IT asset lifecycle stages and attributes, as well as maintaining the mapping of reported asset lifecycle stages to the ITAM Standard.
Key Responsibilities- Drive accuracy and completeness of IT asset lifecycle stages and attributes
- Maintain the mapping of reported asset lifecycle stages to the ITAM Standard
- Manage the scope of asset attributes required for ITAM
- Identify authorized assets and create/maintain a register of IT asset inventory data quality issues
- Report and observe IT asset data quality
- Develop and execute data validation processes where required
- Ensure the accuracy of lifecycle attributes for assets
- Support compliance and audit requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience with ServiceNow
- ITIL4 Foundations
- ITAM/Configuration Management
- Problem Management: Kepner-Tregoe method or 5 why's method
- JIRA Project Management
- Knowledge of ServiceNow, SharePoint, PowerBI, and JIRA for tracking and reporting on team activities
- Strong written/verbal communication skills
- Strong client management and stakeholder management skills
- Strong data analytical skills with ability to digest requirements, share feedback, and identify opportunities for improvement
