  • Business Development: Contribute to RPO new business pursuits at all stages of the sales process, leveraging your expertise to drive business growth and expansion.
  • Market Intelligence: Gather market and talent intelligence to develop highly targeted talent marketing strategies, driving business growth and innovation.
  • Data Analysis: Measure and maximize ROI on all projects, ensuring accurate and efficient tracking of campaigns and providing key insights for governance and continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field (strongly preferred) or high school diploma/equivalent.
  • Experience: Extensive experience in employer branding or recruitment marketing (RPO/In-House or Brand/Recruitment Marketing Agency).
  • Skills: Ability to produce and analyze data, identify opportunities, and use data to drive decisions; effective stakeholder engagement and relationship-building; excellent problem-solving skills; fluency in English.
