Job Summary:

Novax Recruitment is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruitment Administrator to join our team. As a Recruitment Administrator, you will play a crucial role in managing HR and data management systems, tracking applications and on-boarding processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • HR and Data Management: Manage HR and data management systems, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records of applications and on-boarding processes.
  • Pre-Employment Checks: Assist with pre-employment checks and DBS checks, managing associated administration with these processes.
  • Candidate Communication: Produce offer letters and emails, keeping candidates informed throughout the entire process.
  • Data Entry and Reporting: Perform data entry and migration, assisting with reports via the HR and resourcing systems and databases.
  • Administrative Support: Undertake general administrative tasks to support the Talent Acquisition & Resourcing team as required.

Requirements:

  • Administration Experience: Experience of administration, preferably in a recruitment or HR environment.
  • HR Systems: Experience on HR systems and databases, as well as applicant tracking systems.
  • Organizational and Communication Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills.
