Your expertise will be invaluable in devising individually tailored support and risk management plans, ensuring effective discharge planning, and encouraging positive change and independence.
The Ideal CandidateWe are seeking an individual with a good understanding of the recovery model, a solution-focused attitude, and a person-centred approach. You will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, adapting to challenging situations, and possessing a deep level of empathy, understanding, and patience. Ideally, you will have experience in the mental health sector, but this is not essential.
