Role Responsibility

You will provide a range of recovery-focused support through key working sessions and group work, enabling individuals to gain new skills and promote their long-term recovery. Your expertise will be invaluable in devising individually tailored support and risk management plans, ensuring effective discharge planning, and encouraging positive change and independence.

The Ideal Candidate

We are seeking an individual with a good understanding of the recovery model, a solution-focused attitude, and a person-centred approach. You will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, adapting to challenging situations, and possessing a deep level of empathy, understanding, and patience. Ideally, you will have experience in the mental health sector, but this is not essential.
