About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Recovery Worker to join our team at Alfred Minto House, a specialist residential service supporting individuals with mental health difficulties and forensic histories.

As a Recovery Worker, you will play a vital role in helping our service users gain skills and coping strategies, promoting positive change and independence.

Key responsibilities include providing recovery-focused support through key working sessions and group work, devising individually tailored support and risk management plans, and ensuring effective discharge planning.

Our ideal candidate will have a good understanding of the recovery model, a solution-focused attitude, and a person-centred approach. You will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to challenging situations.
