Job Title: Contact Centre Sales Advisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Contact Centre Sales Advisor. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and sales results in a fast-paced contact centre environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Take inbound calls from customers and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs
  • Work closely with customers to understand their requirements and provide recommendations on our products and services
  • Meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer queries and issues
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and regulatory requirements to provide accurate information to customers
Requirements:
  • Previous sales or customer service experience in a contact centre environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems
  • Enthusiastic and motivated individual with a desire to achieve sales results
