Overview

Standout Field Marketing is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Manager/Field Sales Representative to join our Danone Grocery Field Sales Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for increasing visibility of key Danone brands in store and driving sales through displays and fixtures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Represent a wide range of Danone brands in store, including Evian & Volvic water, Alpro, Aptamil, Cow & Gate, Activia, and Actimel.
  • Work closely with retailers within your assigned territory to increase sales and visibility of Danone brands.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key contacts in store.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to retailers and customers.
Requirements
  • Experience in a field-based sales role, preferably in the supermarket retail environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with key contacts in store.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a strong focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid UK manual driving licence (with no more than 6 points or previous bans).
