About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Contact Centre Sales Advisor to join our team at Bupa. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for guiding our existing customers through their policy renewal conversations, ensuring the right outcome and best level of healthcare for them and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take inbound calls from our members in a fast-paced environment
  • Work with multiple systems and adhere to regulatory requirements
  • Ensure each customer has a great experience, whether it's the first call of the day or the last
  • Take ownership of customer queries, managing them through to resolution
  • Diagnose customer needs through effective questioning techniques
  • Introduce our tailored products and services to suit the needs of our customers
  • Accurately maintain our customer database, ensuring all conversations are documented and actions are recorded

Requirements:

  • Previous sales/contact centre experience is highly preferred
  • Strong PC skills and the aptitude to adapt to new systems
  • Great interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for customer service and helping others
  • The ability to influence and explain complex information in a simple manner
  • An enthusiastic, can-do attitude with a desire to achieve goals
