Job Title: Travel Consultant

Pertemps Bond is recruiting for a Travel Consultant on behalf of our award-winning client based in Burton-Upon-Trent on a full-time permanent basis.

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Travel Consultant. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for dealing with inbound customer calls, converting them to bookings, and providing exceptional customer service via live chat and email.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Convert inbound customer calls to bookings and provide expert advice via live chat and email.
  • Identify customer needs and match them to suitable products.
  • Build rapport with customers and partners by providing professional, informative, and friendly responses to enquiries.
  • Make outbound calls to customers to follow up on potential bookings.
  • Ensure all enquiries are dealt with quickly and efficiently in line with SLAs and with the best outcome for the customer.
About You:
  • You will have demonstrable sales experience gained in a target-driven environment.
  • You will be able to build rapport with customers and provide an exceptional customer experience.
  • You will have impeccable verbal and written communication skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Capable of managing your own workload within a fast-paced environment, whilst focusing on multi-tasking a diverse workload and prioritising accordingly.
  • Proven ability to identify customer needs through questioning and information gathering.
