About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Travel Consultant to join our team at Pertemps Burton Commercial. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth through inbound and outbound calls, live chat, and email interactions.

Main Responsibilities
  • Convert inbound customer calls to bookings while providing expert advice and guidance.
  • Identify customer needs and match them to suitable travel products.
  • Build strong relationships with customers and partners through professional, informative, and friendly responses.
  • Make outbound calls to follow up on potential bookings and ensure timely resolution of customer inquiries.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
About You
  • You will have a proven track record in sales, with a strong ability to build rapport with customers and drive sales growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of adaptability and flexibility.
