About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled sales professional to join our team as a Travel Consultant. As a Travel Consultant, you will be responsible for dealing with customer inquiries, converting them into bookings, and providing expert advice via live chat and email. You will also be responsible for identifying customer needs and matching them to suitable products, building rapport with customers and partners, and making outbound calls to follow up on potential bookings.

About You:

We are looking for a sales professional with demonstrable experience in a target-driven environment. You will have impeccable verbal and written communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage your workload in a fast-paced environment. You will also have the ability to build rapport with customers and provide an exceptional customer experience.
