We are in search of a Customer Success Onboarding Lead to join our team and assist new strategic clients on the Deel platform. If you possess a background in Customer Success roles, have a keen eye for detail, and excel in a dynamic environment, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guide new clients through the onboarding and implementation process on the Deel platform
  • Develop expertise in the platform to offer insightful support to clients
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to guarantee a smooth customer journey
  • Enhance onboarding processes through continuous improvements

Required Qualifications:

  • 2-5 years of experience in Customer Onboarding or Customer Success within a B2B SaaS environment
  • Capability to create effective onboarding strategies and timelines
  • Customer-centric with a proven ability to foster relationships
  • Collaborative team member who thrives in a diverse setting
  • Exceptional communication abilities
  • Located in the EMEA region

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with international clients and remote teams
  • Previous experience in a high-growth startup or scale-up environment
  • Familiarity with Fintech or HRtech sectors
  • Proficiency in English, with Spanish and/or Portuguese as a plus
