Customer Success Onboarding Lead

We are in search of a Customer Success Onboarding Lead to join our team and assist new strategic clients on the Deel platform. If you possess a background in Customer Success roles, have a keen eye for detail, and excel in a dynamic environment, we would love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guide new clients through the onboarding and implementation process on the Deel platform
- Develop expertise in the platform to offer insightful support to clients
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to guarantee a smooth customer journey
- Enhance onboarding processes through continuous improvements
Required Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of experience in Customer Onboarding or Customer Success within a B2B SaaS environment
- Capability to create effective onboarding strategies and timelines
- Customer-centric with a proven ability to foster relationships
- Collaborative team member who thrives in a diverse setting
- Exceptional communication abilities
- Located in the EMEA region
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with international clients and remote teams
- Previous experience in a high-growth startup or scale-up environment
- Familiarity with Fintech or HRtech sectors
- Proficiency in English, with Spanish and/or Portuguese as a plus
