Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Regional Operations Manager to supervise our social care services within a specified area of Wandsworth & Richmond.

The ideal candidate will be accountable for maintaining the highest standards of care, adhering to regulatory standards, and ensuring the overall effectiveness of the services in their jurisdiction.

Key Responsibilities:

• The Regional Operations Manager will lead, manage, and mentor a team of service managers and care personnel to provide exceptional care services.

• The Regional Operations Manager will ensure adherence to all regulatory and legislative standards, including CQC guidelines.

• The Regional Operations Manager will assess and enhance service quality through regular evaluations and performance assessments.

• They will formulate and execute strategic initiatives to improve service delivery and meet organizational goals.

• The Regional Operations Manager will cultivate positive relationships with service users, their families, and other stakeholders.

• Manage financial resources effectively to ensure sustainability and operational efficiency.

• Identify growth and development opportunities within the region.

• The Regional Operations Manager will provide training, coaching, and development opportunities for staff.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience in a senior management position within the social care sector.

• Comprehensive knowledge of regulatory and legislative standards in social care.

• Excellent leadership and team management capabilities.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.

• Strategic thinker with a proactive and solution-focused mindset.

• Full UK driving license and willingness to travel as necessary.
