Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Regional Operations Manager to supervise our social care initiatives within a specified area of Wandsworth & Richmond.

The ideal candidate will be tasked with maintaining the highest standards of care, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards, and optimizing the overall performance of services in their jurisdiction.

Key Responsibilities:

• The Regional Operations Manager will lead, manage, and support a team of service managers and care personnel to provide outstanding care services.

• They will ensure compliance with all regulatory and legislative requirements, including CQC standards.

• The Regional Operations Manager will evaluate and enhance service quality through regular audits and performance assessments.

• They will formulate and execute strategic plans to improve service delivery and meet business goals.

• The Regional Operations Manager will cultivate positive relationships with service users, their families, and other stakeholders.

• Effectively manage budgets to ensure financial sustainability and operational efficiency.

• Identify growth and development opportunities within the region.

• Provide training, mentoring, and development opportunities for staff.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience in a senior management position within the social care sector.

• Strong understanding of regulatory and legislative requirements in social care.

• Excellent leadership and personnel management abilities.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.

• Strategic thinker with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.

• Full UK driving license and willingness to travel as necessary.
