Sales Operations Manager (Manufacturing Sector)

  • Have knowledge or be technically proficient in CRM systems/Power Bi.

  • Proven track record of managing sales processes and implementing sales strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
  • Have the confidence, presence and credibility to support and establish relations with other departments.


Some of your key responsibilities as our Sales Operations Manager will be to: -


  • Develop, refine, and manage sales processes, automation tools, and CRM systems to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collect, analyse, and report sales data, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to develop and execute sales strategies, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Partner with Marketing, Finance, Operations, and HR to align strategies, manage budgets, ensure seamless processes, and handle commissions.
  • Mentor and develop the sales operations team, providing training and fostering a collaborative, results-driven culture.
  • Oversee implementation and maintenance of sales technology platforms, recommending new tools to enhance operations.
  • Identify and implement process improvements, stay updated with industry trends, and drive initiatives to improve data quality and compliance.


The location: This is an office-based role in our head office based in Twickenham.
