Your Role: Director of Engineering

As the Director of Engineering, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation and impeccable maintenance of our iconic hotel. You will lead a team of skilled professionals responsible for all aspects of building systems, guest room upkeep, and overall property infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the daily operations of the engineering department, ensuring efficient and effective maintenance of all hotel systems and equipment.
  • Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to minimize downtime and maximize asset lifespan.
  • Manage a team of engineers and technicians, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and address guest needs promptly.
