About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Advisor to join our dedicated team in Preston. As a valued member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional customer support, leveraging our cutting-edge Customer Relationship Management system to deliver tailored solutions to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers through phone calls, written communications, or web chat, providing top-notch support and resolving customer inquiries effectively.
  • Utilize our repository of information and frequently asked questions to ensure each customer receives comprehensive assistance.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest levels of discretion and sensitivity.

What We Offer

  • A competitive hourly rate of £10.90, plus opportunities for overtime.
  • A hybrid work arrangement, with 1-2 days in the office per week.
  • Training will be remote, with the possibility of office-based training in Preston.

Requirements

  • Previous customer service or contact centre experience.
  • Willingness to travel to our office in Preston once a week.
  • IT literacy and experience using Microsoft packages, including Word and Excel.
  • Excellent communication skills, including multi-channel customer communication and complaint management.
  • GCSE standard education.
